I haven’t had to use it yet, but shockingly if something goes funny with your Dyson you’re supposed to call their tech support line first and most things can be fixed over the phone. curious. I did call them presale to get some questions answered and they were very friendly.
Hopefully I never have trouble, but they said if there is a problem and phone support doesn’t work they can direct me to an authorized dealer, and/or send in my vacuum for repair. They said turn around time is very quick so I likely wouldn’t be without it for much longer than a couple of weeks.
